The Stabins Wellness Information Center at Rochester General Hospital offers confidential answers to your medical questions.

Ask a Medical Librarian - request information for patients, families, and the public

Our medical librarians provide reliable, easy to understand health information.  We will mail or e-mail the information to your home.  This library service is available to the Greater Rochester community free of charge. 

We provide information, not medical advice.  Please consult with your physician to discuss specific concerns. This service is open to people who live in Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming or Yates counties. Please read our privacy notice before submitting questions.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Rochester General Hospital
1425 Portland Avenue
Rochester, NY 14621

Located in the Werner Medical Library. Park in the Portland Avenue Garage.
Take the parking garage elevators to the Ground Floor. 

From the Ground Floor, take the Gray Elevators to 1st floor.
Turn right. Before the Information Desk, turn right.

The library is down the hall on your left.
